Real Time Services (RTS) is one specialized division
of CHPL to handle System integration, Installations,
Implementations, Training and support. RTS has qualified
engineers, with various certifications, to handle Servers,
Workstations, LAN, WAN, Data Storage, UPS etc.
Experience is one of the biggest asset when it comes
to serving Hardware, and CHPL has an experience
of Installing over 500 Servers, 3000 Workstations /PCs,
over 50 LAN Projects, amongst other things.
CHPL-RTS has a professional team of 6 IBM T3 server
trained engineers, 3 MCSEs, 6 MCPs, 1 CNE, 1 CISCO trained
engineer, 4 Lucent & D-Link trained engineers and
2 SUN - Solaris certified Engineers.
RTS has separate teams dedicated to corrective maintenance
calls, software, networking, peripheral and third party
support.

equipped with a seamless network of IBM-AS/400, RS/6000,
Novell NetWare Server, Window NT Server and PC's with
latest equipments and tools, located in the heart of
the Pune City, with over 40 qualified and experienced
software engineers and professionals.
